It's been such a busy few weeks for me at work, and I've felt less than present at home. Finally last week, in the middle of the week, the girls and I packed up and headed north to spend three days with some very best friends. It was just what we needed. A long car ride to chat, catch up, listen to stories, and a couple of days regrouping with play and great conversations and food and friends and rest. Ah.
