After a hearty breakfast of pancakes, we headed out.  And what a glorious, colorful, fungus-y, fall day it was.  You'll excuse the photo heavy post, I just couldn't help myself! 

Thanks Nonna and Grandpa for a great hike, and Chuck we missed you on this spontaneous hike of ours, but we we munched a partridge berry and smiled at the rattlesnake plantain as we thought of you!
