Recently our little home school group decided to study Mexico. Each week we looked at a different aspect of Mexican culture. We started with geography and a bit of Spanish language (numbers and colors), we tried on some traditional Mexican clothing, we tried out hands at some Mexican art, we ate Mexican food (most of the time I forgot my camera), and of course finally...we had a Cinco De Mayo party complete with pinata. Kindergarten was pretty much a whole lot of fun, can't wait to see what kinds of projects are coming next!
